MOU with National Cybersecurity R&D Lab and Tegasus International to build OT Cyber Capabilities


We are happy to announce that CyberXCenter, National Cybersecurity R&D Lab (NCL) and Tegasus INTERNATIONAL has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the 1st of September 2022.


The purpose of this MOU is to deepen and strengthen the strategic partnership between the Parties to provide effective capability-building, technical assistance, and support to developing the following:


1. New Cyber Exercise Capabilities

2. New Tools to support Cyber Exercise Activities

3. New Research Areas in deepening the understanding of OT Cyber Security






About CyberXCenter





CyberXCenter is a Spin off from Equilibrium Infinity Ventures, whom also own Momentum Z Pte Ltd. CyberXCenter focuses on capability building within the OT (Operation Technology) domain, seeking to build cyber security knowledge within the critical infrastructures.




About NCL (National Cybersecurity R&D Lab)




National Cybersecurity R&D Lab (NCL), established in 2015 and funded under the National Cybersecurity R&D (NCR) Programme.


NCL aim is to provide support to the Singapore cybersecurity R&D community in terms of their research experimentation and testing requirements. The mission of NCL lab is to To develop NCL into a R&D hub that facilitates the growth of a vibrant Singapore cybersecurity ecosystem.




About Tegasus International





Founded in 2019, Tegasus International is a Singapore-based cybersecurity company specialising in the education of cybersecurity for ICS. The company serves customers in the energy, utilities and transport sectors across both government and private agencies. At its disposal are trainers with years of industrial and applied research experience.
